My passion is to engage students in the practice of learning new things and growing their brain every singe day. I try to foster enthusiasm and curiosity as well as personal responsibility. Like my colleague Ms. Frizzle says, "Get messy! Take chances! Make mistakes!" I love to surprise students and parents by all their child can learn and accomplish. My favorite thing is to hear a child say, "Look, Mrs. Young! I did it!!!"

I LOVE to travel! My husband Barry and I are always planning our next trip. I love to experience new places and talk with people from all over the world. Where do you think we should go next?
